Join Meggan and Evie for a special Earth Day Bitty Buddha’s class on Sunday, April 22 from 3-3:45pm. Bitty Buddhas is a 45-minute action packed class that is filled with excitement. Explore new breathing techniques and celebrate the earth as we move through earth inspired yoga poses. Enjoy partner poses with your little that is bound to make you smile and laugh. A fun game will be played, along with a beautiful story and coloring page. The benefits of yoga apply to yogis of any age. Practicing yoga embraces compassion and cooperation with others as well as builds strength, flexibility and improves balance. All levels of yoga experience are welcome! You are invited to a sneak-peak of new treatments that will be available at Kohler Waters Spa beginning on May 1. Join us to experience two mini spa treatments of your choice, receive a VIP product bag as well as $25 off any retail purchase of $75 or more. The $55 per person registration fee includes two 25-minute treatments and spa access from 4–8pm. Mini treatment options include manicures, pedicures, facials and reflexology. Me & My Mini Yoga with Meggan at Yoga on the Lake

Build some good karma with that special kid in your life. Come learn and play with yoga basics including breath work, traditional flow and fun partner poses. This is a great opportunity to build trust and respect between you and your young one while growing stronger together, physically and emotionally.
Mom, Dads, Aunts, Uncles and anyone else who wants to explore yoga with a child they care for are welcome. No need to register your mini, just the adult attending.

Anusara® Yoga is a modern day Hatha yoga system, which is rooted in the tantric philosophy of inherent goodness. Join Alex Biondo, Licensed Anusara Elements Instructor, for an introduction to this life-affirming, heart-centered practice. You'll be introduced to Anusara's Universal Principles of Alignment and feel how when we are in alignment we can flow more freely and safely. The main purpose of this practice is the revelation of Self-knowledge (Chit): the awakening of our highest nature and the remembrance of who we are as aspects of the Divine and the delight of creative expression (Ananda).

Daily Activities at River Wildlife
Nearly 300 acres are maintained in a natural state and are perfect for self-guided hiking and seasonal cross-country skiing. Trails wind throughout the preserve and afford the privilege of viewing wildlife firsthand. Guest passes are required.
Shooting Sports at River Wildlife
Sharpen your shooting skills on either our Trap or 5-Stand clay shooting courses. Trap is geared towards the beginner while 5-Stand is set up for the more experienced shooter. Equipment and instruction are available. Reservations available from 8am to 3pm.

Self-Guided Fishing at River Wildlife
Some of the best fishing in the state is available in the fall and spring as trout and salmon make their way upstream in the Sheboygan River. Anglers must provide their own fishing gear and applicable licenses. Guest passes are required.
