Self Care Sundays at Kohler Waters Spa
March 10 | 3–7pm | $75
Enjoy a 20-minute bathing experience as you find some time for a little self-care and relaxation throughout the cold winter months. Experience the benefits of bathing for improved sleep and overall well-being. Tight muscles unwind, senses are tranquilized, and the body is balanced from the inside out. This service will begin with a soak in a Kohler Bathtub to stretch and open your muscles and joints. The services concludes with a full body moisturizer to hydrate the skin. Enjoy a complimentary seasonal beverage with service and take home Natropathica Sweet Birch Magnesium Bath Flakes – a $38 value. This product, similar to the benefits of Epsom Salts, contains magnesium which has transdermal absorption providing therapeutic benefits for symptoms such as chronic muscle aches, cramping or stiffness. Native Americans traditionally valued Sweet Birch for its pain-relieving qualities. This recipe combines Sweet Birch with Magnesium bath flakes to re-invigorate sore muscles and stiff joints. An essential daily soak for yogis and athletes. Includes full spa access from 3–7pm.
