Kohler Well-Being Experience events are only open to package guests. As a package guest, you have the opportunity to:

  • Enjoy all meals, evening socials, and Daphne Oz and Anna Kaiser events held during your overnight package stay
  • Select the number and type of non-concurrent events that best fit your journey to well-being

Introduction to Mindful Meditation

Shred415 East Side

Shred415 East Side will deliver a workout highlighting Dynamic Interval Training - the workout will consist of constant change, activity, and progress. In addition to walking, running, and agility exercises, we will use resistance bands to challenge strength and stabilization. We will increase heart rates and provide active recoveries through a variety of total body movements!


Glow Ride

5:30–6:30pm – Bold Cycle

Pedal & paint on all things positive. We’ll cover ourselves in words of gratitude and intention, using glow-in-the-dark body paint, light up the studio as we ride together as one for 30 minutes. Keep the good energy flowing with a Bold social after class.


Hot Yoga Fusion

5:30–6:30pm – Yoga on the Lake HOT

Your skin is your largest organ, and sweating through hot yoga is the perfect way to detoxify the whole body. Learn more about hot yoga with a quick 10-minute introduction and then participate in a 50-minute set-sequenced hot class geared for all level practitioners. Sequence includes static and flow postures from a standard hot yoga practice, a slower pace with no chaturangas. Room temperature is heated to 99° to 105°F.


BODYPUMP

A Les Mills group-based barbell class that works all your major muscle groups and helps you get lean, build strength and tone muscle.

The practice may include supported yoga poses using props that open the body while slowing down the mind. The result is relaxation, greater mental clarity, improved alignment and physical freedom. This workshop is at the Yoga on the Lake studio.

Engage in a vinyasa flow for 30 minutes to warm up the body, then 30 minutes of yin takes you into a deep conversation with your body. It's not always an easy conversation to have. There are times you want to leave and not hear what the body is saying, but by staying and offering more breath, ultimately you give yourself exactly what you needed: time, space, a voice and change. Yin allows you to explore every possibility available to your body at the given moment. You begin to discover what is around the next breath.
