September 15 – Tapas Party!
Menu: Gambas con Ajillo (Sautéed Shrimp with Garlic and Saffron); Tortilla Española with Aioli; Grilled Chicken Brochetas with Salsa Verde; Albondigas (Spanish Meatballs) in Tomato Sauce; Sweet Custard Tart
September 22 – Wine Harvest Dinner
Menu: Watercress Salad with Wine-Poached Pears, and Goat Cheese; Grilled Pork Chops with Pearl Onion, White Wine, Apple Cider and Mustard Sauce; Celery Root Puree; Dark Chocolate Tart with Red Wine Caramel Sauce.

Menu: Pear and Dried Cherry Salad with Maple Dressing; Crispy Pan-Fried Pork Medallions; Risotto with Chives and Aged Cheddar; Apple-Cranberry Fruit Crisp.
October 6 – La Dolce Vita
Menu: Shrimp Scampi; Caprese Salad with Crispy Prosciutto and Extra Virgin Olive Oil; Handmade Spinach Fettuccine with Roasted Red Peppers and Gorgonzola Cream; Amaretti-Stuffed Peaches.
October 13 – Fall Feast a la Francaise
