Take a journey to a Celtic kingdom with our festive Taste of Scotland event. You’ll have the opportunity to attend the “Dram and Draft” seminar at the Horse and Plow at 2pm and an inspiring Scotch tasting at The Winery Bar at 3:30pm. We top your day off with an extraordinary custom four-course dinner of Scottish fare created by Whistling Straits head Chef Dan Dries.

Brave souls are encouraged to don their kilts for our take on the traditional Cèilidh! Finally, what would a trip to Scotland be without a round of golf? Book a tee time to play a round on the Old Course at Kohler Swing Studio.

Celebrate Scottish heritage with an extraordinary four-course dinner of Scottish fare at the picturesque Whistling Straits Restaurant. After a pre-dinner cocktail reception featuring traditional bagpipe entertainment & appetizers, you’ll take your seat among other lovers of Scotland as Dan Dries, Executive Chef of Whistling Straits Restaurant, takes you on a culinary journey featuring the Scottish staple, Haggis. Dan puts a modern take on the traditional dish while a lively reading of “A ode to a Haggis” is shared as it is served. Presented by Dan Dufek, Beverage Development Specialist with Breakthru Beverage, each course of the dinner will be expertly paired with a selection of fine Scotch Whisky.
