Pilates

The Pilates reformer makes a dramatic impression when you first see it, and a dramatic change in your body when you use it. Invented by Pilates founder Joseph Pilates, it’s a bed-like frame with a padded platform, on it which is attached to the reformer by a set of springs. The springs provide a variety of resistance levels as you push or pull through your movement.
