2013 Golf Booking Policies

Blackwolf Run
• Meadow Valleys and River Courses: Golf reservations are accepted at any time by hotel and non-hotel guests for the 2013 golf season.

Whistling Straits
• Irish Course: Golf reservations are accepted at any time by hotel and non-hotel guests for the 2013 golf season.
• Straits Course: Golf reservations are accepted at any time by hotel and non-hotel guests April 26th - July 13th and October 7th - October 27th. Minimum stay requirements and advance booking restrictions for non-hotel guests may apply from July 14th - October 6th.

All tee times must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Hotel guests will be required to make a deposit equal to one night’s stay plus tax when making a reservation. Non-hotel guests will not be required to make a deposit.  For reservations May 1st - October 31st, hotel and golf cancellations or reductions must be received seven days in advance to avoid penalties. For reservations from course opening to April 30th and November 1st to course closing, hotel and golf cancellations or reductions must be received 72 hours in advance to avoid penalties. All rates are per person plus tax when appropriate.

Twilight Play

Twilight rates are available four hours prior to National Weather Service official sunset.

Nine hole twilight rates are available two and one-half hours prior to National Weather Service official sunset. 

Replay

Replay walk-on availability after completion of one 18-hole round on same day.

Golf Club Rentals

Taylor-Made and Titleist clubs with steel or graphite shafts are available upon request. Rate includes a 15% discount towards purchase of Taylor-Made and Titleist irons or woods. Two sleeves of balls are included with all rentals.

Services

Include lockers, loaner shoes, shoe service, club storage and club handling.

Rain Check Policy

During inclement weather conditions, cancellations will be accepted until the time of play. Rainy weather itself may not dictate the closing of the course. Rain checks will be issued for holes not completed due to inclement weather. Refunds will not be issued.

Golf Attire

Appropriate golf attire shall be worn at all times on the golf course and practice area. Appropriate golf attire includes a collared shirt and no jeans.

Rules of Play

Play of more than four golfers per group will not be permitted. Management reserves the right to fill foursome starting times. Metal spikes are not permitted.

On-Course Food and Beverage

On-course beverage carts and refreshment stands provide guests with beverage service, snacks and sandwiches. Personal carry-on coolers are prohibited.

Kohler golf courses are located within an hour's drive of Milwaukee and Green Bay and two and one-half hours north of Chicago.
