June 9 – Margaritaville
Menu: Mushroom Queso Fundido; Grilled Fish Tacos with Sweet Corn and Cilantro Salsa; Mexican Rice; Strawberries with Margarita Cream and Toasted Coconut.
June 16 – Paella Party
Menu: Arugula, Avocado and Orange Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette; Chicken, Chorizo and Shrimp Paella; Goat Cheesecake with Mint.

Menu: Enchilado de Camarones (Devil Shrimp); Sautéed Pork Medallions with Cumin-Orange Mojo Sauce; Cilantro Rice; Cuban Flan
July 7 – The Greek Islands
Menu: Shrimp Santorini (Shrimp Sautéed with Chili Flakes, Tomatoes and Feta Cheese); Grilled Lemony Lamb; Orzo, Feta and Sun-Dried Tomato Salad; Baklava.
July 14 – New England Seafood Party
Menu: New England Clam Chowder; Classic Lobster Rolls with Lemon-Tarragon Butter; Cabbage and Fennel Slaw; Brownie Sundaes.

August 4 – Beer Garden Grill
Menu: Grilled Shrimp Cocktail with Spicy Cocktail Sauce; Pepper-Crusted Bison Burgers with Grilled Onions and Roasted Garlic Aioli; Red Potato Salad with Dill and Mustard; Grilled Peach Sundaes with Fresh Mint.
August 25 – Vietnamese Adventure
Menu: Green Papaya, Carrot and Peanut Salad; Happy Pancake with Shrimp, and Scallions; Stir-Fried Beef with Sautéed Red Onions, Watercress and Lime; Toasted Coconut and Mango Sundaes.
