All Levels Vinyasa: 60/75 minutes. Practice developing balance, flexibility and strength with students of all levels; beginners as well as intermediate and advanced students are welcome here. We practice together following our breath and our inner experience to find the level that is perfect for us. Modifications on poses are offered for varying levels.

Amped-Up Asanas: 45 minutes. Take a break from your day and come enjoy a playful and invigorating practice set to music. A perfect stage to explore and recharge your day.

Power Vinyasa: 75 minutes. Suitable for all levels. A challenging and flowing form of yoga that heals, detoxifies and electrifies body and mind at their deepest levels. This class will challenge you physically, emotionally and mentally. It is a whole body system that builds strength and balance and ignites your metabolic furnace. This is a heated class, so expect to sweat.

Gentle Yoga: 60 minutes. Ideal for yogis of all ages who wish to relax and center the physical body while calming the mind. In this class we will focus on breathing and aligning the body in various yoga poses. This practice may include supported yoga poses (using blankets, blocks and straps) that open the body while slowing down the racing mind. The result is relaxation, greater mental clarity, improved alignment and physical freedom.

Power Chill Fusion: 75 minutes. Suitable for all levels. This class will begin with a challenging and energetic vinyasa flow that incorporates postures for building strength, balance and endurance. Once we’ve warmed our bodies with an exhilarating power flow, we’ll slow things down with some deep stretching. Each class will end with a combination of meditation and savasana. Treat yourself to an invigorating, relaxing and centering yoga experience.


Yin Yang Restore: 45 minutes. All levels. A great blend of yang and yin energy. Experience an active, flowing vinyasa practice to build sun/ha/yang energy followed with long, deep, stretches for a more yin/tha/moon focus to bring the mind and body into a deeply relaxed and meditative state.

Aerial Yoga: Aerial yoga maintains the stretching, balance, strengthening and core involvement of traditional yoga but takes it to new heights with the use of silk hammocks. The hammocks provide full body support and also add resistance to your practice. All levels welcome.

Yoga Basics: Whether you're new to yoga or just want to get familiar with the basics, this is the perfect class for you. We will work on breathing, becoming centered, basic poses and simple sequences. This class is designed for (but not restricted to) beginner yogis.

Jump Start Yoga: What better way to start your day than with an early morning yoga class to get you energized and refreshed, feeling ready to take on whatever the day brings. This class will be steadily paced and help you to create energy from the inside out. Connecting breath with movement and holding poses will ground you and have you ready for the tasks ahead. All levels are welcome!

Yoga Align: This class is slower paced, focusing on anatomy and basic alignment within static poses. We do not do much flowing so this class is great for all levels who really want to get into the poses and be properly aligned, and those who want to learn how the body should feel in each pose.
