Chef Richard Palm – Destination Kohler

Join Chef Palm on Valentine’s Day weekend for a fresh approach to sweet treats. Named for the style of pan it’s cooked in, paella is a dish with rich historical roots and regional variations. Join Chef Stefanko and learn how to prepare a “mixed” paella, or “paella mixta,” with seafood, chicken and Spanish chorizo. He’ll explore the nuances of traditional cooking while preparing a modern variation of this lovely family-style dish with endless possibilities for variation.

Wisconsin is known for its fishing and hunting opportunities, and for Chef Oppeneer that’s an opportunity for delicious, fresh ingredients.
